Trying to login Amazon video on my Samsung Tv set. This comes upwardly "unexpected fault occurred during sign in. Endeavour over again" I've tried a dozen times with right user ID and countersign. I checked for updates. I have none at this time. HELP!

Figured it out. Had to reregister my Vidoe Prime account so reregister. This has to be done on the Amazon website. When you reregister you will be given a code on your Boob tube that must be typed in an advisable box on the website. Presto! Complete.

The video prime business relationship is same equally the amazon business relationship with prime membership? Where did you reregister information technology? on TV or laptop?
I tried to click on the register device push button on TV, but nothing happened, idea it would give me code number.
What did I do wrong?

To give a bit more than explicit instructions:
From your Goggle box:
■ open the prime video app
■ Select "register on the prime website"
■ Your registration lawmaking is on the left of the screen
Now, from a computer
■ become here:
https
/www.primevideo.com/settings/your-devices/ref=atv_set_your-devicesyou'll need to login to your amazon prime account if you're not already
■ Click "register new device" on the top left
■ Enter the registration lawmaking from the TV and click "register device"
